Mr. Dansolin has received extensive mediation training, including 40 hours of intensive mediation education by a nationally known mediation training firm.
He is on the panel of mediators appointed by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the New York Supreme Court, New York and Westchester Counties, the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
He has mediated cases involving a wide array of business, environmental and employment disputes.
Mr. Dansolin is an "evaluative" mediator. He uses his background and experience as a domestic and international trial lawyer to encourage the parties to realistically assess the costs and risks of pursuing the litigation process. He has an excellent success record in resolving commercial disputes, including those where the parties were initially far apart and disputes involving intense emotions.
